Funeral for L. Gary Fowler, 60, of Campobello, S.C., was Wednesday, July 7, at 5 p.m. at Lanford-Dunbar Funeral Home Chapel in Spartanburg, S.C.
A private burial followed in Campobello, S.C.
Mr. Fowler died Sunday, July 4, 2004, at his residence. He was born Oct. 18, 1943, in Alabama to Lovick Fowler and Evelyn Morris Speake and her husband Clifford. Mr. Fowler was an electrical engineer with Fluor Daniel Construction, Greenville, S.C. and a member of First Baptist Church of Spartanburg, S.C.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Elaine Brackett Fowler of Campobello, S.C.; and two sons, Rob Fowler of Mobile and Clint Fowler of Hartselle.
