Funeral for Margaret Murphy, 59, of Falkville was Friday, June 25, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Junior Hawkins and Jack Lovelace officiating.
Burial was in New Friendship Cemetery.
Mrs. Murphy died Wednesday, June 23, 2004, at Baptist Medical Center-Montclair. She was born Aug. 6, 1944, in Lawrence County to Robert Ford Murphy and Lillian Hawkins Kelley of Falkville. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Falkville.
She is survived by her mother, Lillian Kelley of Falkville; three brothers, Roger Murphy of Hartselle, Doyle Haygood of Fort Walton, Fla. and Herschel Murphy of Somerville; and three sisters, Shirley Adams of Little Rock, Ark., Syble Parks of Arab and Selina Nelson of Hartselle.
Pallbearers were nephews.
