Funeral for Lila Jo Jones, 43, of Falkville was Tuesday, Feb. 24, at 2 p.m. at Mount View Baptist Church with the Revs. Jesse Estes and Harvie Reynolds officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Cook Cemetery.
Ms. Jones died Friday, Feb. 20, 2004, in Decatur. She was born Oct. 14, 1960, in Morgan County to Silas Andrew Jones and Mildred Estelle Jones. She was a Baptist. She was a 1980 graduate of Brewer High School. Ms. Jones was preceded in death by her father, Silas Andrew Jones.
She is survived by her mother, Mildred Estelle Jones of Falkville; two brothers, Don Rabe Jones and wife Donna and Charles A. Jones, all of Falkville; one sister, Linda Gail Holmes and husband O.D. of Decatur; four nieces, two nephews and one great-niece.
Pallbearers were Kyle Jones, Chip Williams, Josh Hayes, Thomas Haga, Joey Kyle and Loyd Brooks.
