Huelon W. Kinney

Funeral for Huelon W. Kinney, 69, of Eva was Sunday, Feb. 15, at 2 p.m. at Eva Baptist Church with the Revs. Phillip Robinson and Connie Bolan officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Lawrence Cove Cemetery.
Mr. Kinney died Thursday, Feb. 12, 2004, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born Feb. 28, 1934, in Morgan County to Gilbert Kinney and Clair Puckett Kinney. Mr. Kinney was the original owner of Kinney's Auto Glass in Hartselle until his retirement and was a trustee for the Lawrence Cove Cemetery. He was a member of Eva Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and by two brothers, Hyland Kinney and Haskel Kinney.
He is survived by his wife, Iree Kinney of Eva; two daughters, Sherry Barger and husband, Cliff of Acworth, Ga. and Lori Peden and husband, Mike of Eva; one sister, Shirley Johnson of Eva; and seven grandchildren, James Barger (Christy), Jeff Barger (Wendy), Josh Marshall (Tracy), Phillip Marshall (Rosie), Patrick Huelon Marshall, Phillip Peden (Amanda), and Vanessa Peden.
Pallbearers were grandsons.
