William ‘Bill’ Richard Beck

Funeral for William “Bill” Richard Beck, 70, of Hartselle was Monday, June 27, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bros. Jack Bailey, Melvin Mears and the Rev. Matt Nail officiating.

Burial was in Nelson Hollow Cemetery.

Mr. Beck died Saturday, June 25, 2011, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born February 13, 1941, in Morgan County to William Richard Beck and Annie Elizabeth Nelson Beck, who preceded him in death. He was a retired construction worker.

He is survived by is wife, Bonnie Beck; four sons, Lee Chastin of Arley, Dewey Beck and wife Samantha of Falkville, Danny Beck and wife Kerri of Danville and Darrell “Peewee” Beck and wife Lassie of Hartselle; a daughter, Maudie Hudson of Oneonta; a brother, Frank Beck of Ryan; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
