Hartselle wrestling has top four finish at Arab

The Hartselle wrestlers had a good showing this past weekend at the Michael Pruitt Invitational at Arab. The Tigers finished in a fourth-place tie with host Arab with 162.5 points. Nolensville (Tenn) finished on top with 212.5 points.

Lincoln Bryant finished first in the 134-pound weight class. He defeated Cruz Rainwater of Mortimer Jordan by a 2-0 decision.

Jackson Schutt (115 lbs.), Gage Roberts (122 lbs.) and Payton Roberts (154 lbs.) had second-place finishes.

Jacob Doshier (108 lbs.) had a third-place finish, while Jameson Falciani (184 lbs.) had a fourth-place finish.

Hartselle will wrestle Thursday in the first two rounds of the State Duals Championship in Athens. They will travel to Huntsville Saturday for the Grissom Invitational.
