Standouts of the week

Boys

Kiah Key finished with 14 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists in Hartselle’s 62-49 win over Muscle Shoals. His final point of the game gave him 1,000 for his career.

AJ Holladay scored a game-high 25 points, while Gage Taylor added 22 points and eight rebounds in Danville’s 63-58 win over West Point.

Sammy Holmes scored 20 points in Priceville’s 73-54 loss at Cullman while scoring 16 points in a 51-50 win at Madison County.

Austyn Holmes scored 21 points in Brewer’s 67-30 win over Brindlee Mountain.

Jackson Dunn scored 16 points in Brewer’s 61-38 loss to Arab while scoring 15 in the Patriot’s win over Brindlee Mountain.

Ryan Dunn scored 15 points in Hartselle’s 55-54 win over Springville.

Girls

Ellie Cate Hill finished 24 points, 10 rebounds and four steals in Falkville’s 64-59 double-overtime loss to Addison on Friday. She had 21 points and scored her 1,000th career point in the Lady Blue Devils’ 57-34 win over Athens Bible.

Leslie Hames hit a school-record 10 three-pointers in Priceville’s 60-16 road win at Madison County. On Friday, she added 22 points in a 66-65 loss at Cullman.

Zoey Benson had a school-record 17 rebounds in Priceville’s win over Madison County.

Gracie Hill scored 22 points with six three-pointers in Hartselle’s 52-39 win over Springville.
