Hartselle Enquirer

Enquirer searches for opinion columnist

Calling all writers!

Do you like to write about the goingson in Hartselle or share your opinion on local matters? The Hartselle Enquirer is looking for an opinion columnist to write a weekly column for the Town Hall page.

Subject matter must be of a local nature and not inflammatory or hostile, but we welcome solidly written stories that share good news about our friends and neighbors in the City of Southern Hospitality. This is an unpaid position, but the columnist will receive a weekly byline in the newspaper and a copy of each issue mailed to them.

Tell us something good. In a world that is negative, we could all benefit from a little light at the end of the tunnel or hearing about the good that’s happening around us.

Who better to tell about that than one of our readers?

If you’re interested in sharing some good news with the Hartselle Enquirer on a weekly basis, send me an email or give me a call! I’d love to hear from you. Interested parties can call our office at 256-773-6566 or email news@hartselleenquirer.com.
