Three face drug charges

Working on numerous tips and complaints from the public, the Morgan County Sheriff’s Drug Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant Jan. 5 – and conducted three arrests. 

At 806 Main St E., in Hartselle, agents reported making contact with three individual and observing heroin, meth and various drug paraphernalia. 

Agents arrested Jamie Rae Adkins, 36, Kimberly Dawn Wolff, 43, and Jason Dale Tice, 40, all of Hartselle. 

Each was charged with possession of methamphetamine, with Tice also being charged with possession of marijuana. 

Adkins was also charged with loitering in a drug house and was wanted on two warrants for failure to appear – domestic violence, third degree.  

Wolff and Tice were also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Bond is pending for Adkins, was denied for Tice and was set at $1,300 for Wolff. 

The Morgan County Sheriff’s Drug Enforcement Unit is made up of sheriff’s office narcotics agents and Hartselle Police Department officers.
