Chamber inducts four as ambassadors emeriti

Special to the Enquirer

The Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce inducted four ambassador emeriti members Dec. 9 during the Annual Ambassador Christmas Luncheon.

Sandy Johnson, Bettye English, Nancy Busby-Solberg and Larry Murphree will remain on the ambassador roster as honorary ambassadors and continue to serve at-will indefinitely.

While the awards notate 2006 as their original ambassador date, these four ambassadors have carried the HACC message for more than 30 years through their membership and service,” HACC director Missy Evans said. “They regaled us with stories from the very beginning of our ambassador roots as we laughed, even through a few tears.

We look forward to many more years of their awesome spirit and carry their original Ambassador mission forward.”
