Morgan County Schools Food Pantry News

Morgan County Schools is proud to announce the addition of a system-wide food pantry. Non-perishable food items from the pantry are available to families of Morgan County students. The food is donated by local churches, civic organizations and student clubs. School counselors, FACT workers, administrators or teachers may request food for families anytime of the school year. The Morgan County staff said that it is their hope the availability of food from the pantry will meet the basic hunger needs of our students, which will allow them to focus more wholly on their academic progress. If you would like to donate food items, or if you are a family in need, please contact the school at 256-773-7182 and ask for Carrie Waynick or Rona Blevins.
