Hartselle man, woman arrested on drug charges, outstanding warrants

Two Hartselle residents, Carla Marie Frost and Glen Dale Anderson, Jr. were arrested on drug charges and outstanding warrants yesterday. Frost had active warrants with the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office in relation to drug crimes.  According to officers, the HPD has recently been fielding various drug-related complaints about Frost’s residence on Gilchrist Street.

According to a press release from the Morgan County Sherrif’s Office, agents and officers made contact with numerous subjects at the home including Frost and Anderson and found drug paraphernalia items strewn throughout the residence. After obtaining consent to search from all occupants and residents, agents recovered a quantity of a crystalline substance that tested positive as methamphetamine and a powder substance that tested positive for heroin.

Frost, 45 and Anderson, 42 were arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Frost was also arrested on an intent to distribute charge and was booked with no bond. Anderson’s bond was set at $1,300.
