Anderson, Barnett to wed
Donald and Pamela Anderson of Elk, Wash., announce the engagement of their daughter, Cheryl Marie Anderson, to Tommy Joe Barnett, son of Hezzel and Elaine Barnett of Hartselle.
The bride-elect is a 1994 graduate of Riverside High School.
She is employed by Rockwood Clinic in Spokane, Wash., as a receptionist. She is the granddaughter of Betty Smith of Elk, Wash.
The groom-elect is 1992 graduate of Falkville High School. He is employed by Wal-Mart in Veradale, Wash. He is the grandson of Bernice Barnett and the late Hezzie Barnett of Hartselle.
The wedding will be held June 14 at Country Church of the Open Bible in Elk, Wash.
Steele, Crawley wed May 24
Sabrina Lynnette Steele of Meridianville and James Michael Crawley of Hartselle were married May 24 at 5 p.m. at Central Church of Christ in Huntsville.
Wayne Harvell officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Upton of Meridianville. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Horace Crawley of Hartselle.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Robin Upton, sister of the bride, was maid of honor.
Skylyn Holzheimer, Lori Austin, and Lisa Thompson were bridesmaids.
Brannigan Crawley, niece of the groom, was flower girl.
Horace Crawley, father of the groom, was the best man.
Jarrod Thompson, Kevin Crawley, and Stephen Quattlebaum were groomsmen.
Shaun Calix and Josh Knight were ushers.
Darcy Cearley and Julie Knight were bride's book and program attendants.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Early Works Museum.
A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at the church.
The couple honeymooned in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. They will reside in Atlanta.
