Former America’s Got Talent competitor to perform at Depot Days

Depot Days will bring former America’s Got Talent competitor David Ferman to the lineup for Saturday. Ferman will be performing several times throughout the day with his fiancé, Jenny. The couple will be performing magic, comedy and juggling.

The duo will be performing in the children’s area at Depot Days. “They can expect a funny, family show. It will be like nothing they have seen before,” Ferman said.

The show will join the various vendors and activities taking place Saturday. Andrea Owensby is the president of the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce and said she is excited to have the show join the festivities. “This is something that is thrilling and exciting. I think the crowds will enjoy it,” Owensby said.

Ferman said he has been working towards performing since he was eight years old after an encounter with a comedian on a cruise ship. After being on stage with the comedian, Ferman went home and began practicing juggling.

Ferman will be coming to Depot Days from Gainsville, Florida. He began performing at local festivals and events while in college, and said he is looking forward to coming to Depot Days. “It looks like a fantastic event and we are excited to be there,” Ferman said.
