PRICEVILLE – Junior guard Jolee Cole posted a stellar 13-13 effort from the free throw line as the Danville varsity girls took down West Limestone 63-49 in an opening round win of the 4A Area 15 tournament Monday night.

The Lady Hawks raced out to a 36-23 halftime lead before comfortably closing out the game down the stretch. Cole finished with a game-high 23 points while Callie Ryan tossed in 13 and Emma Broadfoot tallied 11 in the victory.

Danville advances to play host Priceville for the area championship 6 p.m., Thursday.
