David Anthony Humphrey

Funeral for David A. Humphrey, 57, of Moulton was Sunday, March 13, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Albert Dean Estes and Bruce Fitzgerald officiating.
Burial was in Etha Baptist Church in Fairview.
Mr. Humphrey died Friday, March 11, 2011, at the V.A. Hospital in Birmingham. He was born on October 23, 1953, in Marshall County to Orbie Humphrey and Lela Kemp Humphrey. He was of the Baptist faith and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Mary Voyles.
He is survived by three brothers, Harold Humphrey of Hartselle, Morris Ray Humphrey  and wife Peggy of Cullman and Raymond Humphrey and wife Sharon of Birmingham; and four sisters, Vena Mae Widner of Boaz; Essie Fay McCollum of Texas, Jessie Mae Blankenship of Decatur and Doris Self and husband Benny of Hartselle.
Pallbearers were nephews, Randy Humphrey, Dylan Jackson, Leroy Jr. Humphrey, Tim Self, Danny Self and Billy Cox.
