New Center News for Feb. 24

Put on the Whole Armour of God

As we prepare to start each day, there are preparations that we need to take care of so we can accomplish what we need to do. If you work in one of the local plants, you may need to put on safety gear such as a hard hat, goggles, neon vest and gloves. As a Christian, there are also things we need to do to prepare for each day. In Ephesians 6:11: We must put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wile of the devil. I Peter 5:8 tells us that our adversary the devil is out to destroy us. Peter warns us to watch out for Satan.

During the times when we feel weak, alone and helpless we need to focus on God and resist the devil then as James 4:7 tells us he will flee from you.
