Funeral for Don Brown, 66, of Somerville will be Sun., Feb. 21, at 1 p.m. at Valhermoso Holiness Church with Bro. Tim Patrick officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Valhermoso Holiness Cemetery. Visitation will be Sun., Feb. 21, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Brown died Thur., Feb. 18, 2016, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born Sept. 26, 1949, in Morgan County to William Thomas and Eoma Brown. He was a truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Dag Brown.

He is survived by his wife, Austine Brown of Somerville; a son, Don Shelton Brown II of Somerville; two daughters, Michelle Freeman (John) and Candi Hayes (Mike), all of Somerville; a brother, Jerry Brown of Somerville; three sisters, Fran Bond and Fananda Crow, both of Somerville and Gedale Taylor of Hartselle; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
