Funeral for Wanda Kirby, 83, Decatur will be Sat., Oct. 24, at 11 a.m. at Central Park Baptist Church in Decatur, with Bro. Jackie Kay officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Sat., Oct. 24, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.

Mrs. Kirby died Thur., Oct. 22, 2015, at her residence. She was born Aug. 1, 1932, in Lawrence County to Ephraim White Hampton and Sue Birt Rains Hampton. She was a sales associate for Parisian’s prior to her retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Kirby and her parents.

She is survived by two sons, Samuel Kirby of Killen and Randy Kirby of Decatur; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
