Morgan County sheriff’s deputies attested two men in a shopping center parking lot and charged them with trafficking marijuana on Tues., Sept. 1.

Horace Stevenson Sills III and Lindsey Young Sills were arrested in the Crestwood Shopping Center parking lot after deputies found a package containing three pounds of high-grade marijuana in their possession, according to a press release from Morgan County Sheriff Ana Franklin.

Sheriff Franklin reported that the Morgan County Drug Task Force had received information that a package containing marijuana was being delivered through the postal service.

Both men were transported to Morgan County Jail where each was placed under a $10,000 bond.
