Humane Society plans local events

The Morgan County Humane Society has several upcoming events and projects.
They will hold a Two Year Anniversary Celebration Sat., July 11.
The Humane Society has also asked the public to sign a petition to have a cell phone tower put on their property, which would provide additional income to their organization and better cell service to local residents. A link to the petition is provided on the Morgan County Humane Society Facebook page.
The shelter is also looking for volunteers to clean at the shelter and spend time with the animals. For more information, call 256-773-7222.
