Eva High Alumni host reunion

The Eva High School Alumni and Friends will host a reunion Sat., July 25, in the school gymnasium for anyone who attended Eva School.

Registration will begin at 9 a.m. with a Swamp John’s lunch following from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by Ray Cheatham of SouthEastern Music and Jody Fuller, a veteran and comedian A brick from the original building will be raffled, and class photos will be taken. Following the event at 3 p.m., attendees will have an opportunity to tour the school.

Registration is required to attend the event. A $5 membership fee and $10 lunch fee should be mailed to EHSAA, P. O. Box 352, Eva, AL 35621.

The Alumni Association is working to build a courtyard with engraved brick pavers in memory and in honor of alumni, teachers, friends, family and especially veterans who attended Eva High School. The pavers are $75 and $100.
