Somerville man arrested on drug charges
A Somerville man was arrested on drug charges Mon., June 8.
Benjamin Graham Griffin, 44, of 372 Peck Hollow Road, was stopped for a traffic violation. Griffin consented to a vehicle search, and officers located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. After being called to the scene, the Morgan County Drug Task Force charged Griffin with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, possession of felony drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor) and several traffic offenses.
Griffin was arrested on a $6,800 bond, and deputies are currently pursuing having his bond revoked.
Griffin was arrested in March on charges of unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
