James “Jim” Condrey, Jr.

Funeral for James “Jim” Condrey, Jr., 68, of Decatur will be Sun., May 17, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kendall Hawkins and Terry Miller officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sun., May 17, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Condrey died Thur., May 14, 2015, at Trinity Medical Center. He was born Aug. 8, 1946, in Jefferson County to James Russell Condrey, Sr. and Hazel Wells Politz. He was a former owner of Ace Auto Body and he also restored cars. He was preceded by his parents.

He is survived by his Fiance’, Karen Murray of Decatur; a son, Steven Barnett of Florida; two daughters, Stacy Warnick of Hartselle and Dana Owens of Alabaster; three brothers, Darryl Politz of Indiana, Rodney Politz of Louisiana, and Dean Politz of Texas; and six grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
