An Eva woman was arrested for Mississippi drug charges after a routine traffic stop April 29, according to reports from Sheriff Ana Franklin.

At approximately 3:30 p.m., Deputy Sheriff Ripley Fowler conducted a traffic stop on Highway 55 East near Chambers Road. After running a routine check on the driver, he found she was wanted in Mississippi for possession of amphetamines.

Morgan County Sheriff’s dispatch confirmed the warrant was active and that they should extradite with the out of state agency.

Amanda Michelle Harder, 31, of Daniels Chapel Road in Eva was arrested on the warrant and transported to the Morgan County Jail to await extradition to Mississippi.
