Decatur man arrested on theft charges
A Decatur man was arrested at his residence April 29 on charges of theft.
Kendrick Fuqua, 39, of 204 Fourth Ave. NW was charged with first degree receiving stolen property. The City of Decatur reported the theft of over $2,500 worth of wrought iron fencing April 17. The fencing was being relocated and had previously been a part of the Old Stonegate.
Fuqua is currently being held in the Decatur City Jail. Receiving stolen property first degree is a class B felony.
