Hartselle racked up 12 hits and overcame four errors to defeat Florence Thursday afternoon.

Zeth Malcom led the way with a 2-for-2 effort including a double and a grand slam home run. Tate Mathis also went 2-for-3 with a three-run home run.

Hayden Bradford added a pair of hits with an RBI and a run. Austin Parker added an RBI double while Tyler Cook, Collins Hanners and Jack Hundley added hits.

Jake Nelson earned the win, allowing just one walk in two innings of work with two strikeouts. Mason Towers allowed one earned run on two hits with two strikeouts. Jake Rice also allowed two walks with four strikeouts in two scoreless innings.
