Stanley Adam Hogan, 52, of Kingston, Ga., died Tues., Aug, 12, 2014.

The family received friends at Owen Funeral Home in Cartersville, Ga., Fri., Aug. 15, from 3 to 5 p.m.

Mr. Hogan was born July 2, 1962, in Cullman to Donald Bruce and Jane Hogan. He was a truck driver and was of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Danny Hogan.

He is survived by his son, Brent Hogan (Jessie) of Dallas, Ga.; two grandchildren, Brody and Taylor Hogan; a sister, Pam Smith; his nephew, Nick Smith Jr.; two nieces, Hannah Smith and Amy Hogan; great-nephew, Maddox Byrd; a sister, Chan Bartlet; a brother, Chad Bartlet; his aunts, Diane Brown and Myrtle Sticher, all of Alabama; and a number of cousins.
