Cattlemen’s Association awards scholarships

The Morgan County Cattlemen’s and Cattlewomen’s Association awarded its college scholarship winners during its annual picnic at Stanley Thornton’s farm in the Cotaco/Florette area. The recipients included, from left, Preston Adams, Nikki Hodges, Paden Stewart, Jordan Turney and Seth Pillow. Not pictured are Hallie Grace Cunningham, Benjamin Issac Turney and Carrie Hill. Hodges was the only Cattlewomen’s scholarship recipient while the seven other students received Cattlemen’s scholarships.
