Tina and Darrell McGee of Moulton and Tony Damron of Mount Hope are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kara Damron, to Nicolas Eartly, son of Frank and Cindy Eartly of Hartselle.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mayburn and Darrell Boyles of Mount Hope.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Edna Thompson of Brooksville, Fla., and the late LaVern Thompson, Charlotte Eartly of Marseilles, Ill., and the late Frank Eartly Jr.

Vows will be exchanged Sat., May 3, in a 2 p.m. afternoon ceremony to be held at the Pattillo Street Church of God with Pastor John McPeek officiating. A reception will follow the ceremony. Invitations will be sent.
