Kathleen Henry Lorance

Funeral for Kathleen Henry Lorance, 85, of Somerville was Wed., March 19, at 11 a.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church with Pastor Charles Owens officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Cedar Creek Freewill Baptist Cemetery.

Mrs. Lorance died Sun., March 16, 2014, at her residence. She was born March 28, 1928 in Morgan County to George H. Henry and Pattie Mae Smallwood Henry. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church for over 35 years. She formerly worked in Customer Accounts for the Northeast Morgan County Water Authority. She was preceded in death by her husband, R.D. Lorance.

She was survived by sons, Alan Lorance (Michelle) of Decatur and Ronnie Lorance of Alaska; brothers, Hoyt Henry of Somerville and John Henry Somerville; grandchildren, Dalton and Dustin Lorance.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Bentley, Tyler Bentley, Darren Tucker, Jamie Stewart, Greg Sharp and Herb Willis.
