Willie Lee Shadden

Funeral for Willie Lee Shadden, 89, of Somerville, will be Wed., March 5, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bobby Smith officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in New Friendship Cemetery.

Mrs. Shadden died Sun., March 2, 2014, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born August 19, 1924, in Morgan County to Willie Fairbanks and Audrey Lee Martin Fairbanks. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.T. Shadden; two brothers, Roy and David Fairbanks; and her parents.

She is survived by four sons, Larry Shadden (Patricia), Billy Shadden (Peggy), Bobby Shadden (Richie) and Jerry Shadden; four daughters, Juanita Nix Fraisier (Don), Sue Sherrill (Jimmy), Freda Way and Debbie Maples; 21 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.
