A Valentine’s party was given for pre-school children at First Baptist Church Falkville.

The hostesses were the children’s committee. The party tables were spread with red and white cloths. The group made Valentine goodie bags for shut-ins. Thirty-five attended this event and were served pizza and punch.

A Valentine’s Day party was held at Falkville Senior Center last Friday. The party room was decorated with red and white hearts. Finger foods were served.

Couples playing the “Newlywed Game” were Charles and Linda Williams, Billy and Mary Ables and Terry and Jenny Kelsey.

First Baptist Church Falkville members extend birthday wishes to the Rev. Greg Burcham and Tiffany Caudill, both on Feb. 17, Dylan Kyle on Feb. 19, Gregory Edmondson on Feb. 20, Tammy Thompson on Feb. 21, Evan Klocek on Feb. 22 and Juanita Womack on Feb. 26.
