Kelley named GM at Busche

Robert Kelley has been named general manager of the Busche Hartselle facility. Busche purchased the nearly vacant facility in the fall of 2012 starting with a mere 26 employees.  The employment level has doubled since the first of the year to 53 employees and Busche expects the employment level to double again in 2014. Kelley is a native of Decatur and grew up in Cullman.  He majored in Information Technology at I.T.T. Technical and graduated as valedic-torian. He spent eight years at Web Wheel as director of operations and director of sales before accepting the position of operations manager at Busche’s Hartselle site in March 2013. Busche is a computer numerical control (CNC) production machining organization employing over 650 skilled employees at their nine production facilities located in Northeast Indiana and Northern Alabama. Busche specializes in the machining of intricate castings and forgings for the automobile, agricultura and durable goods industry.
