HFAC gets grant for restroom upgrade
Hartselle Fine Arts Center received a $25,000 grant from the Alabama Mountains, Rivers and Valleys RC&D Council on Tuesday to help pay for the installation of handicap accessible restrooms. State Senator Arthur Orr, R-Decatur, assisted in the grant’s procurement. He and Bill Latimer, District 3 commissioner for Limestone County and Mike Roden, executive director of AMRV/RC&D delivered the grant to the Fine Arts Board of Directors at the Fine Arts Center.
