Lillie Mae Davis

Funeral for Lillie Mae Davis, 76, of Athens will be Sat., Nov. 30, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim Patrick officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial was in Mt Tabor Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, November 29, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00
PM at the funeral home.

Ms. Davis died on Tues., Nov. 26, 2013. She was born Oct. 23,1937, in Morgan County to Dan Alvin Brown and Letha Opal (Hazel) Brown. Ms. Davis is formerly of Priceville, where she lived the majority of her life. She was a homemaker. She was a preceded by her former husband, Dallon Howell Davis of Jonesboro Arkansas, a daughter, Pamela Ruth Davis Bragg Butler of Morgan County; and a sister, Vera Evelyn Brown of Morgan County.

She is survived by a son, Danny Howell Davis and wife Elizabeth Marie Davis, Yellville, Ark.; two daughters, Dinah Jo Davis Brown and husband, David Joseph Brown of Decatur and Kimberly Mae Davis of Elkmont; two sisters, Mary Sue Brown Goodner of Huntsville, Eleanor Ruth Brown Roberts and husband, Jerry Roberts of Hartselle; a half brother, Danny Ray Brown of Metropolis, Ill., ten grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be  Zakk Thomas Ziegler, David Joseph Brown, Scott Roberts, Nick Sasser, Wade Jolly and Anthony Jolly.
