Veterans deserve honors and thanks all year

Danville News

We should honor our veterans each and every day of our lives for without them our country would not be what it is today with the freedom that each of our families and us enjoy. However, Veterans Day, Thursday, Nov. 11, is a day set aside to honor all military veterans. It is also celebrated as Armistice Day or Remembrance Day in other parts of the world. I want to ask everyone to join me in praying for peace and asking for God’s blessings on all of our troops and their families. God Bless America.
