Funeral for Jerry Frances Koditek, 83, of Hartselle was Tue., Nov. 2, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Milan Dekich and Bro. Kenneth Terry officiating.
Burial was in Bellview Baptist Church Cemetery in Lawrence County.
Mr. Koditek died Sat., Oct. 30, 2010, at Hartselle Medical Center. He was born July 1, 1927, in Wisconsin to Joseph Koditek and Marie Aust Koditek. He was a veteran of the Korean War where he served as a master sergeant. He was a resident of Hartselle since 1976.
He is survived by his wife, Ivy Koditek; a son, Mark Koditek and wife Anbie of Falkville; a daughter, Marlene Koditek of Hartselle; a brother, Joseph Koditek; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Pallbearers were William Hill, Billy Brown, Aaron Pitt, Brandon Pitt, Ben Hatfield and Lentz Carpenter.
