Hartselle claims runner-up in JV tourney

The Hartselle High School junior varsity volleyball team finished second in the Morgan County JV Tournament at Danville High School Tuesday.

The Lady Tigers (37-7) were 2-1 in pool play, defeating West Morgan 25-18, 25-13 and Priceville 25-22, 25-23. They fell to Danville 25-14, 25-16.

In tournament play, Hartselle defeated Brewer 25-16, 25-13 in the semifinals and fell to Danville 25-20, 25-23 in the championship.
