A Moulton couple was injured in a two-vehicle accident on U.S. 31 North at Oh! Bryan’s Restaurant Monday night.

Ronald W. Terry, 66, and wife Jean Terry, 62, were transported by ambulance to Decatur Morgan Hospital following a wreck in which their minivan and a Decatur police car collided Monday at 7:47 p.m.

The driver of the police car was Joshua Driggers, 29, of Hartselle. He was not injured.

The Terrys were exiting the restaurant and the police car was traveling north when the crash occurred, according to a Hartselle police report.

Hartselle police investigated the accident.
