Mazie Quattlebaum Winsett

Funeral for Mazie Quattlebaum Winsett, 91, of Hartselle was Mon., Sept. 30, at 12 p.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home with Dr. Randy Ashley officiating.

Burial was in Lebanon Cemetery in Falkville.

Mrs. Winsett died Fri., Sept. 27, 2013, at her residence. She was born March 19, 1922, to Walton S. Quattlebaum and Lou Duncan Quattlebaum in Morgan County. Mrs. Winsett was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Horace; her son Stephen; her brothers, Larkin, Jim, and Calvin Quattlebaum; her sisters, Lorene Lee, Nina Fay and Bertha; and three granddaughters.

She is survived by five daughters: Margaret Rhoads and husband Bobby and Brenda Bradley and husband James of Hartselle, Sue Cemino and Mary Jo Donofrio of Dayton, Ohio, Anji Montano and husband Stuart of Prattville and daughters-in-law, Sandra of Hartselle and Pam of Miamsburg, Ohio; three sons, Walt Winsett and wife Linda and Ted Winsett and wife Pat of Decatur and Phillip Winsett and wife Becky of Trinity; 24 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were grandsons.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley or Lebanon Baptist Church Perpetual Care Fund.
