Funeral for Jerry Robert Brown, 61, of Decatur was Wed., Oct. 6, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jay Rhodes officiating.
Burial was in New Friendship Cemetery.
Mr. Brown died Monday, Oct. 4, 2010, at his residence. He was born March 9, 1949, in Morgan County to Robert Franklin Brown and Ruth Emmer Eubanks Brown. He worked in construction as a contractor.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Brown; two sons, Evan Brown and wife Shawna and Allan Malone, all of Decatur; three daughters, Lila Brown, Lori Brown and Emma Brown, all of Decatur; a sister, Joyce Owens and husband Charles of Decatur; four grandchildren, Jeffrey Brown, Kyle Brown, Aiden Brown and Caleb Draper; and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Evan Brown, Jeffrey Brown, Kyle Brown, Matthew Hill, Eric Matthews and Jeff Barber.
