Funeral for Chris Millsap, 45, of Hartselle will be Fri., April 26, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Nicky Pressnell officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Fri., April 26, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Millsap died on Tues., April 23, 2013. He was born Jan. 25, 1968, in Morgan County to Martin Glenn Millsap and Janet Dianne Sandlin Millsap. Chris was an U.S. Air Force veteran and a registered nurse for Huntsville Hospital Women & Children’s. He was a loving father, son and brother. He was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Dianne Millsap.

He is survived by a son, Christopher Millsap of West Point; a daughter, Macy Millsap of West Point; his father, Martin Millsap of Hartselle; a sister, Tina Millsap Parker of Hartselle; a nephew, Hunter Prater of Hartselle; and two grandmothers, Ruby Millsap and Ruth Willis.

Pallbearers will be Craig Sapp, Richard Hamm, Hunter Prater, Michael Millsap, Joe Millsap and Darryl Sandlin.
