Morgan County Schools Foundation has rescheduled its Unity in Community Celebration for Thurs., April 25, at 6 p.m.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will be held in the Brewer High School Gymnasium. All in attendance will have a chance to win a $1,000 cash prize.

Its purpose is to recognize the success of a Unity in Community candle fundraiser for the Morgan County Schools Foundation, which was conducted earlier this year. Sales totaled $50,000. In addition, students with top sales in the fundraiser will be honored and awarded prizes.

Seventeen students will be presented their choice of footballs autographed by University of Alabama Coach Nick Saban or cash prizes. One lucky student will win a $500 gift card in a random drawing.
