Funeral for Jimmy Don Lorance, 54, of Hartselle was Tue., Sept. 7, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Paul Pitts and Shane Britt officiating
Burial was in Alexander-Welborn Cemetery in Lawrence County.
Mr. Lorance died Sept. 4, 2010, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born June 28, 1956, to Vernard Wilson and Mary Magalene Jones Lorance. He was employed in industrial maintenance by Whise Contracting.
He is survived by his wife, Lola Griffin Lorance of Hartselle; two sons, Jeremy and Chad Lorance, both of Hartselle; a daugher, Callie Arnold of Hartselle; his mother, Mary Mewbourn of Hartselle; three brothers, Gary Lorance of Hartselle, Larry Lorance of Moulton and John Lorance of Killen; four sisters, Joyce Thompson of Decatur, Teresa Faulk and Holly Steele, both of Hartselle and Lisa Burns of Danville; and nine grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Bill Haggamaker, Robby Thompson, Judd Lorance, Todd Thompson, John Griffin and Robby Sullivan.
