The Morgan County Drug Task Force is investigating two methamphetamine dumpsites found Wednesday on Airport and Foote roads near the Hickory Heights subdivision in southwest Hartselle.

Sheriff Ana Franklin said in a press release Wednesday that residents living in Hickory Heights reported a meth lab dump site approximately one-fourth of a mile from the entrance of the Hartselle-Morgan County Airport on Airport Road.

Agents located seven one-pot meth labs, eight HCL gas generators along with other waste used to produce methamphetamine. Two additional one-pot meth labs were discovered on Foote Road.

Both dumpsites locations were within one-half of a mile from each other.
