Funeral for Pauline “Polly” Richards, 77, of Somerville was Sat., April 13, 2013, at noon at the Richards Family residence with Bro. Bryan Bridges officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial was in Richards Family Cemetery.

Mrs. Richards died Wed., April 10, 2013, at her residence. She was born Jan. 28, 1936, in Fort Fairfield, Maine to Cecil Cheney and Claria Whitmore Cheney. Mrs. Richards was a cattle farmer and ran Richards General Store for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Doris McDougle.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph G. Richards; a son, Larry Joe Richards and wife, Deb; four daughters, Patricia Richards, Sharon Gilbert and husband Danny, Pam Richards and Tami Richards; a brother, Ken Cheney; and a grandchild, Eric McHann.

Pallbearers were family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alacare Hospice.
