Cruise in, park opening planned

Priceville is joining in the celebration of the state’s “Year of Alabama’s Small Towns and Downtowns” at its annual cruise-in Aug. 21.
The day will begin at 11 a.m. with the dedication of a play area at Veteran’s Park on Highway 67. From 6-10 p.m. the same day, the annual cruise-in will take place. Registration is $10 per entered vehicle.
There will also be entertainment from Natchez Trace, food and refreshments, kiddy area, door prizes and a 50/50 raffle.
