Tigers earn soccer sweep of Muscle Shoals

The HHS varsity boys defeated Muscle Shoals 2-0 Thursday night, improving to 7-2-3 on the season and 2-1 in section play.
The Tigers’ Mitchell Warren scored the first goal in the 26th minute off a penalty kicked earned by Eribel Escobar. Ian Cummins scored the second goal in the 55th minutes when the Trojan keeper mishandled a free kick. The Tiger defense held the Trojans to 1 shot on goal.
The JV boys also beat Muscle Shoals 2-0. Sophomore Dolan Golden scored both goals, and Freshman Branden Walker earned an assist.
