Carl S. Brown has 95th birthday
Carl S. Brown celebrated his 95th birthday Dec. 11, 2002. He, his wife Nancy of 75 years, daughter Johnny Walling, and niece Jean Garner held the celebration at Summerford Nursing Home. His son Carl Brown, Jr. and family live in West Warwick, R.I. Mr. and Mrs. Brown have six children and six great grandchildren. He retired from the railroad and has lived in Falkville most of his life.
Bayley Steele has second birthday
Bayley Collier Steele celebrated his second birthday Dec. 14, 2002. He is the son of Kelly Steele of Hartselle and the grandson of Willard and Brenda Steele of Danville. He is the great grandson of Lillie Rusk of Moulton.
Tristan Corbett has fifth birthday
Tristan Kali Corbett celebrated her fifth birthday on Dec. 7, 2002. She is the daughter of Chelsey and Beth Corbett of Decatur and the sister of Ashley Corbett. She is the granddaughter of Harold and Sharon Terry, Mittie Corbett, all of Hartselle, and John Corbett of Manor, Ga. She is the great granddaughter of Pete and Gussie Pounders of Hartselle.
